We make each batch of our gourmet fudge by hand with the best ingredients available for a treat or gift that is sure to please.

Dark Chocolate Cherry Fudge
Our signature silky Ghirardelli dark chocolate fudge is mixed with chopped Italian maraschino cherries to create a sweet treat that cherry lovers will find irresistible.
Dark Chocolate Walnut
Premium black walnuts are swirled into our smooth, rich Ghirardelli dark chocolate base to create a nutty and complex fudge. The owner’s mom’s favorite fudge!

RTB Candy is a local confectionery creating handmade fudge in interesting and indulgent flavors.
We only use the finest ingredients in our fudge:
- Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet and Milk Chocolate Chips
- Ghirardelli Premium 100% Unsweetened Baking Cocoa
- Kerrygold Grass-Fed Pure Irish Salted Butter
- Merckens Vanilla/White Chocolate Melting Chips
- Clover Organic Whole Milk
We offer vegan version of all chocolate-based fudge flavors; just ask us to make it vegan!
RTB Candy is a cottage industry business run by Jon-Christopher Hoke and family. Due to cottage industry restrictions, we cannot ship our fudge products through the mail, so all transactions must be pick-up or delivery orders in Ukiah, CA.
